Yep, Monte putting his hope in Jordan Greene with the tying run on first and 2 outs. He's not a great hitter, but maybe Greene can draw a walk to give Davidson a chance!

UGH Greene grounds out on a 3-1 pitch to end the game. Should have taken a strike for a full count. After a 16-1 start, 8 straight wins and undefeated at home, the Tigers are swept at home by an awfully good NC State team that was #1 in the Power Five in team batting average and had 2 starting pitchers in the top 5 of Power Five for ERA.
