Incidentally, this is the 3rd time this season the Tigers have gone extras. They won the previous 2 in the opener against William and Mary and later against Winthrop.

TIGERS LOSE 12-11 IN 12 INNINGS.

I'll have post-game interviews posted shortly. Incidentally, it was the Tigers' first extra-inning loss of the season. They beat William & Mary in the opener and later Winthrop. It was also their first loss after scoring 6 runs or more, and they were 8-2 in one-run games before tonight.
