This weekend, Clemson
will host its first big recruiting event of the 2018 calendar year, as the first "Junior Day" is upon us. The event is held 2 to 4 times during the spring and has usually been the starting point to many Clemson commitments in the past. With just
last season, this event was the trigger in locking up several Tigers in the 2018
class--notably Derion Kendrick and Josh Belk, who committed on Junior Day last year and stayed true all the way through the recruiting
process.
This
year, the staff has invited a who's-who of 2019 recruits to attend on
Saturday. They will be able to see the state of the art facilities Clemson boasts, attend the Notre Dame basketball game and get some valuable one-on-one time with their recruiters of record
and position coaches.
We have our ears to the ground and will be updating this weekend's visitors and reaching out to them to gain their respective thoughts and reviews on their visit, so stay tuned here to CUTigers.com!
