****Tigers
Offer Trevor Lawrence’s Former Teammate
Clemson has offered tight end Jackson Lowe of Cartersville,
GA. Lowe was a teammate of current Clemson QB Trevor Lawrence in high school,
and this represents a dream offer of sorts, as the Tigers ascend to the top of
Lowe's list. This one might not take long. Stay tuned right here, as
we expect Lowe’s recruitment to come to a head sooner rather than later. The
6'5 baller already has offers in his pocket from Kentucky, UNC, Syracuse, Wake
Forest, Indiana, Maryland, Minnesota, Rutgers and Vanderbilt.

****Clemson
Offers BIG Tight End
Clemson reached into the Peach State to offer another 2019 tight
end in Riverdale native Jaelyn Lay. The 6’6 specimen is a hybrid WR/TE
prospect that is still putting on weight to add to his impressive frame. So
far, Lay has an offer list that consists of Pittsburgh, Syracuse, Indiana,
Oregon State, Cincinnati and UCF.
He can now add in the defending ACC Champs to the mix. Stay
tuned as we continue to track this Georgia big man.

****Tigers
Offer 2019 Texas Athlete
The Tigers reached into the Lone Star State and extended an offer to 2019 athlete T.J. McDaniel, who has two brothers playing at the college level. McDaniel is without question one of the top athletes in all of Texas, and the Tigers made the offer with safety in mind for him at the next level. Stay tuned here to CUTigers.com, as we track this one going forward!
****Tigers Offer Another Texas Defensive Back
Clemson recently offered 2019 RB T.J. McDaniel of South Lake
Carroll high school in Texas and shortly after dispensed an offer to his teammate,
2020 DB R.J. Mickens. He’s the son of NFL DB Ray Mickens, a seasoned NFL
vet of over 10 seasons and several NFL franchises. most notably the
Patriots.
The Tigers are the latest to the table, as Mickens has an offer
list that also includes Alabama, Georgia, LSU, Oklahoma, Oklahoma State, Michigan,
Stanford, Texas A&M, South Carolina, Oregon, UCLA, Nebraska and several
others.

****Big-Time 2018 Texas
DB Officially Visits Clemson
We reported last week that one of the top names left on Clemson's recruiting big board would be visiting over the weekend, and we can confirm that former Texas A&M commit Leon O'Neal, Jr. was, in fact, in Clemson from his home state of Texas with his parents in tow. Leon took the entire weekend to see all that Tiger Town has to offer and was given the Orange Carpet treatment for sure.
Stay tuned, as we follow up on his visit and keep our ears to
the ground. O'Neal is presently trending back toward re-committing to the
Aggies, with multiple unofficial visits to campus over the past year. Jimbo
Fisher and the new staff are really pushing hard to add him back to their
commit list.

****Auburn
Safety Commit Takes Official Visit to Clemson
Right on the heels of the info that 2018 Texas safety prospect
Leon O'Neal, Jr. was coming to Clemson last weekend for his official visit, we
found out that the one safety the Tigers are pursuing even harder, Matthew Hill,
would also be taking his OV over the weekend. Hill is a soft Auburn commit
out of the Metro Atlanta area and is fresh off his Official Visit to the Plains
in Auburn.
Since his his Clemson visit, the word we are getting is that things
may be trending to the Tigers on the Lake for the Brookwood star. If you
asked me today, Hill is the Tigers’ best bet to flip from his Auburn commitment,
having visited the Tigers in Pickens County many times this year. So stay tuned
as National Signing Day Part Two approaches!
****New
2018 DB Offer
The Clemson staff is still reaching out to potential candidates
for the last remaining DB spot in the 2018 recruiting class. To that end,
the Tigers just reached into the Show Me State of Missouri and offered athlete
Mario Goodrich III. This one is just materializing, so stay tuned right here to
see where it goes here late in the 2018 cycle.
Goodrich was previously committed to Nebraska and has since
opened up his recruitment. He has an offer list that includes Georgia, Florida,
LSU, Oklahoma, Michigan, Oklahoma State, NC State, Oregon, Missouri and several
others. You can now add the Defending ACC Champions to that list.
****This Week’s Tweets

for their first Junior Day of 2018. Take the time to check out these tweets from
some of the biggest names on the 2019 recruiting big board!
