As always, I'll have live play-by-play and coverage from Littlejohn, followed by post-game interviews. The Tigers have had 8 days off since their painful 2-point loss to Nebraska, dropping them to 5-2 after a 5-0 start and rising all the way to #16 in the AP Poll.

Tigers win 65-60! Could by a pyrrhic victory, though, because Reed's knee did not look good. As I posted during the game thread, the team doctor was checking his left knee for an ACL tear at the very end of the game. I was 10 feet away, and Reed had tears in his eyes. I don't think anyone else in the Clemson media caught it up in the press box. I asked Brownell about it after the game, and he said he was very concerned. I asked Brownell if he will need an MRI, and he said Reed will get one first thing in the morning. Pray it's just a sprain! Even then this team will be in serious trouble without its leading scorer. He had 21 tonight and is averaging close to 20 on the season. I swear, Brownell is the unluckiest coach I've ever known! Well, next to Tommy Bowden maybe. He's had countless bad injuries over the years, and several have been his best players, like Blossomgame, Grantham last year and now this.
