TIGERS WIN 8-5!!! It's their 5th straight win, 4th straight against a top-11 team. Logan Davidson hit his team-leading 6th HR of the season in his first at bat tonight after hitting one in his last at bat for the walk-off win on Sunday, completing the sweep of No.3 UNC. Freshman Adam Hackenberg also hit his 3rd of the season. Owen Griffith got his first win out of the pen as the Tigers did it by committee on the mound, combining for 14 K's. Spiers picked up his 5th save. Tigers are now 13-3 on the season and host Notre Dame this weekend. |
