Davis Sharpe will be on the mound tonight at 6:00. Last Friday he did not hit when he pitched up in Blacksburg, but I’d be surprised if that’s the case again tonight. He had 2 of the Tigers’ 4 hits, including a HR, and scored 2 of the Tigers’ 3 runs against No.4 UGA on Tuesday. The Tigers and Cards are tied for 2nd in the ACC at 9-3, one game behind NC State for 1st. As always, I’ll have live coverage and play-by-play right here! |

Ugh Henderson squared on the first 2 pitches but pulled back the first for a strike and fouled the next. Tigers have to be able to bunt in these situations! It cost them the Notre Dame series in the 9th on Sunday. |
