Tigers got what they wanted, Davidson at the plate representing the tying run after 2-out singles by Parker and Hall. He crushed the would-be tying HR foul and struck out looking. So close to the sweep! Still an impressive series win though, their second over a top-10 team. They swept No.2 UNC earlier this season. The Tigers are 2nd in ACC at 11-4 and 2 of those losses are in extras. They host Charleston Southern on Tuesday and Furman on Wednesday before another big ACC series at FSU next weekend.
