The selection show begins at noon on ESPNU, and I’ll pst the news right here. I expect the Tiger to be a 3 seed somewhere, possibly Athens or Starkville. I wouldn’t be surprised if the committee made us play Tim Corbin and Vandy for the 3rd year in a row either. They love that sort of thing. I’ll have jnterviews with Monte and players after so stay tuned! |

Louisville a No.7 overall seed. Kind of surprising after going 0-2 in the ACC Tourney with 2 total runs. Thought they’d be No.8 at best.

Tigers are the 3 seed at the Ole Miss Regional. Tigers play 2 seed Illinois first. 44th NCAA appearance is 5th-most all-time. If the Tigers advance, they will play at No.5 Arkansas in the Super Regional unless the Hogs are upset in their regional. |

If the Tigers win on Friday, they will play at 7:00 on Saturday night. If they lose on Friday, they will play at 1:00 on Saturday. If they win the 1:00 game or lose the 7:00 game on Saturday, they will play at 3:00 on Sunday. If they win that game or if they won their first two games on Friday and Saturday, they will play Sunday night at 9:00. If they win that game and are 3-0, they advance to the Super Regional. If they win that game out of the loser's' bracket, they will have a rematch at 7:00 on Monday for a winner-take-all game to advance to the Super. I’ll have interviews with Monte and players in a bit! |
