Highlights from Tua in 2016 and Trevor the following year in 2017. I remember watching them both. After watching Tua perform in the Alabama spring game when he was a true freshman, I remember thinking he might beat out Jalen Hurts for the starting spot, and that eventually happened in the famous second half of the National Championship Game. Tua beat out Jake Fromm for the Elite 11 MVP, and Trevor was edged out by Justin Fields, who played behind Fromm and just transferred from UGA to Ohio State. |
