For some reason they have been a second-half team for the last few weeks. They led at halftime in most of their games early but have trailed at the half in the last few. Simms has zero points after averaging 22 in the last 3 games! Mack has just 2, and those are their two leading scorers. If they pick it up in the 2nd half, you've gotta like the Tigers' chances. The free throw shooting woes continue. They are just 1-5 at the line.

TIGERS WIN 71-68!!!

Big, gutty win for the Tigers despite another miserable game at the free throw line. Hunter Tyson got a rare start and scored 21, one more than his previous career high from a month ago. That made up for an off night from Simms and Mack. The Tigers are now 4-4 in the ACC, tied with UVA for 7th! They have a tough road game at top-10 Louisville next on Saturday.
