CLEMSON, SC - Down a point with 10 seconds left, Khavon Moore came down with the rebound, dribbled down the court and found a crashing Clyde Trapp for a layup with 2 seconds left to beat Syracuse 71-70. The Orange would get one last desperation attempt with half a second left, but the Tigers were able to get the stop for a big ACC win over a Cuse team that came in 6-3 in ACC play and riding a 5-game win streak. In fact, the Orange was undefeated in ACC road games until this loss. After scoring just 6 points in the Tigers' loss at Louisville on Saturday, Tevin Mack scored a career-high 32 points tonight with 10 rebounds for a double-double. Aamir Simms was scoreless at halftime for the second straight game and didn't score until the final minute of the game, but it got the Tigers within one point. In addition to the game-winner, Clyde Trapp scored a career-high 17 points and pulled down 9 boards, including some big ones down the stretch.

Brad Brownell has beaten the top 3 winningest coaches of all time (Roy Williams will pass Bob Knight by next season) and all of them this month! At the midpoint of the conference season, the Tigers are now tied for 6th in the ACC at 5-5 after starting 0-3. They would be tied for 5th, but UVA came from behind to upset No.5 FSU by 3 points in Charlottesville. The Tigers go on the road next to play Wake Forest, who they came from behind to beat a week ago in Littlejohn.

Post-game interviews are below, and I'll have more in a bit!
