As I suspected, Sam Hall is not in the lineup tonight. Not only does he only have 3 hits this season, but he disobeyed Monte's sac bunt call on Tuesday after a leadoff double by Hawkins, and it cost them a run. Monte was not happy about that after the game when I asked him about it. The good news is James Parker is back in the lineup after missing the last several games with an injury. He is .357 on the season. Freshman Pierce Gallo will make his 3rd start at short in Sam Hall's place. Henderson's bat has cooled off the last couple games. After reaching base all 5 times including the game-winning hit on Saturday and getting up to .579, he is now at .407. Meredith is still swinging a hot bat at .444. He had 4 hits in Tuesday's loss. Sharpe had 3 hits on Tuesday but came up just short with 2 outs and the tying run on 2nd in the 9th.
