5'11, 200-pound Will Shipley from Matthews, NC committed to the Tigers today, giving them 10 commits for the 2021 class. Shipley holds offers from Ohio State, Alabama, Georgia, Florida, Notre Dame, Stanford, Oregon and many others. He is ranked as the No.22 overall player by ESPN and second big-time RB in the class for the Tigers. Shipley has been clocked at 4.46 in the 40-yard dash and has won 2 straight state championships, expecting to win a 3rd in his senior year. He has excellent hands as well. Think Christian McCaffrey at Stanford as a junior! Shipley said he loves the policy Dabo has that restricts Clemson commits from taking visits to other schools, so don't worry about a decommitment like the recent one from 5-star DE Korey Foreman. If the Tigers get Foreman back, they could have the No.1 class again. Of the Tigers' 10 commits for the 2021 class, 2 are 5-stars and 8 are 4-stars. I remember the days when they'd be lucky to get one or two 4-stars in a class! Lol HIGHLIGHTS:

Yet another player who puts God above all else. Notice a trend? With the two RB's the Tigers have coming in this summer and the two they have committed for 2021, they are going to be LOADED at RB for the next 4 years! Shipley will be a difference maker as a true freshman in 2021. Just pray he stays healthy his senior year! |
