I spoke with Brad Brownell to preview Tuesday night's big home game against No.18 FSU. He told me that Hunter Tyson will miss his third straight game due to the facial injury he suffered in the first half of the Alabama game. He had 9 points in 6 minutes before leaving that game. There is still no timetable for his return. Brad said they are trying to get a protective face mask made for him. The Tigers are 6-1 with 6 blowouts, losing only in a last-minute 2-point game on the road to a ranked VT team. So if they can win this one against the defending ACC Champs, they will be back in the rankings next week. The Tigers knocked off a top-5 FSU team in Littlejohn last season.
