I expect Cagle to get the start for a 3rd straight day, and the two Alabama aces are rested. It will probably be Kilfoyl in game one with Fouts in reserve if they need her. Not only that, but they have the home crowd and a 14-year, 42-game regional win streak in their favor. Talk about the odds stacked up against the Tigers!

Bama nearly gets yet another cheap chopper infield hit, but Gilstrap makes a tremendous play to get the out at 1st! I've never seen a team get so many hits and runs off choppers and weak grounders like Bama the last 2 games.

Lol Mack is the master of the cheap, chopper single. She does it for about the 5th time in the series with 2 strikes to drive in another run with 2 outs. Gilstrap had to rush the throw from short, and it got past Keller to allow the run to score. I've never seen so many cheap ass hits from a player or team. Ridiculous!

Hyatt grounds out to end the game and the season. What a tremendous first full season for the Tigers! They would no doubt be in the Super Regional if they hadn't been robbed of hosting a regional, but at least they won their first 2 NCAA games and won the ACC regular season. They will have almost everyone back next year and will be a national title contender in 2022!
