YAY no last-minute surprises, other than Jake Venables being out today. Other than him, it's just Ngata, EJ Williams, Ladson and Dukes, which we already knew about. Also, since Will Shipley and Tyler Davis are not on the list below, maybe that means they will both play today! Let's hope so!

Good grief, DJ makes a perfect throw to hit Shipley in stride down the seam, and he drops it! It was a touchdown if he catches it. We've already had a bad drop by Galloway, almost a drop by Collins and a TD dropped by Shipley! This has been the case in every game this season. It is FAR from just DJ being the problem, folks! He's still making a bad pass here and there, but every QB does. He's gotten better and has been making phenomenal throws, but half of them get dropped!

That's the end of the half. Same old story. Tremendous job by the defense, shutting the nation's second-best scoring offense out for 25 of 30 minutes, but mistakes on offense, the stupid penalty by Spector and the busted coverage have put the Tigers in a 7-point hole. Fortunately, they'll get the ball to start the second half, but they have GOT TO PLAY A CLEAN HALF AND EXECUTE!!!

As poor a performance by our Tigers as we have had in a long time. Uiungalai (sp?) didn’t play like a 5* today, and we have made too many mistakes at critical times. Both offense and defense were off, and Pitt has made us pay for our poor play and didn’t have the mistakes our Tigers did. Now 4-3 and struggling.

Defense can't get a stop, Pitt takes a knee and runs out the clock. How different the game could have been if DJ doesn't throw that shovel pass or Shipley catches the perfect pass for a TD to make it 14-0 and take the crowd out of it! But it's been that kind of season. And Bockhorst is out for the season with a torn ACL, Ladson is out for the season with groin surgery. I don't believe a team in history has had this many one's and two's miss games and whole seasons with injuries! Craziest year ever....
