The Tigers will play their first-ever Super in primetime! Winner of the best-of-three series goes to the College World Series in Oklahoma City. It will be a tough test on the road, though, as the Cowgirls are formidable and will have a great crowd behind them. The Cowgirls shocked everyone by beating the mighty Defending Champs, No.1 Oklahoma, 4-3 in 8 innings at the Big 12 Tournament in OKC a couple weeks ago. I just did a radio show with Bill Van Ness, Voice of the Cowgirls, and he told me that they don't do well against changeup pitchers, so that's good news for Millie Thompson, who has a filthy change! We'll see if Rittman decides to use her in game one, as he has since the last series of the regular season. The Tigers have the No.3 team ERA in the Power Five, and the Cowgirls are No.5.
