As I predicted when FSU fired Mike Martin, Jr., the Seminoles stole Link Jarrett from Notre Dame. Jarrett was on my short list of candidates for the Clemson job just after Monte Lee was fired, but when FSU fired its coach a week later, I figured Jarrett would probably return to his alma mater. It's gonna be fun watching the Tigers and Noles battle it out on the diamond in some top-10 matchups over the next several years, just like we saw between Leggett and Mike Martin! |
