The Tigers are alone in 1st place atop the ACC and 5-0 for the first time since 1996-97 when Rick Barnes took them to the Sweet 16. They are looking to improve to 6-0 for the first time EVER in 70 years of ACC basketball! The Tigers are 13-3 and should easily be ranked after winning 9 of their last 10, but they are just outside the AP Top 25 as the second-highest vote getter. The Tigers are favored by 17 points tonight over Louisville, which is having a terrible season and has yet to win in conference play. Easily the biggest crowd this season here in Littlejohn in the hopes of witnessing history! Not bad for a late 9:00 Wed night game with the Tigers favored by 17 over an unranked team.
