The Canes blew a 23-point halftime lead at home against FSU, losing by one on a buzzer-beater 3 by the Noles! First home loss of season for the Canes. Later, UVA lost at UNC, and just like that, the Tigers are tied for 2nd in the ACC standings, just one game behind Pitt! The Tigers have a great chance to win the ACC regular season title if they can pull off a tough road win at UVA on Tuesday. Remember, they hold the tie-breaker with Pitt because they beat the Panthers at their place in the only meeting this season. Whatever happens, the Tigers should have a double-bye in the ACC Tournament, and if they take care of business at home against Notre Dame next Saturday, they should have an NCAA bid locked up! |
