Pretty ridiculous, considering they only lost because of self-inflicted mistakes and should have beaten a top-25 team on the road. Duke jumped into the rankings at No.21. I can't remember the last time a team dropped 16 spots, but it has to be one of the biggest drops ever. I would have dropped them to 19 or 20. This is a top 10 team if they just play like they are capable and don't make several huge mistakes. The Tigers are No.21 in the Coaches' Poll, 3 spots ahead of Duke. Coaches understand how talented the Tigers are and that the game was a fluke opener. |
