Darden will be on the mound for the Tigers today. He was great in his first two starts. Interestingly, McCladdie is not in the starting lineup. He was 0-4 last night, but he was hot before that and hit a homer last Sunday. He can also play just about every position. The slumping Ciufo and Bissetta are starting at short and right, respectively. Don't get me wrong, both of those guys will start hitting eventually, but for this series, I would have gone with the hotter hitting McCladdie. |
