Its not your typical Saturday in Clemson SC and it is a special treat. The Valley will be Bananas tonight as the Savannah Bananas baseball tour makes a stop here in front of its largest crowd ever. 81,000 are expected to pack the Valley tonight for this special occasion. If you weren't lucky enough to get a ticket, or have ESPN2 tune in right here for updates. I will not be doing inning by inning play call as so much will be going on. However I will update you on what is happening both on the field and in the stands. The show gets underway at 630 with the first pitch slated for 7pm. Stay tuned, should be a lot of fun!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Rumor was they were going to be allowed to use the HILL tonight and they just rolled out the CLEMSON carpet down the HILL so it looks like it is going to happen. Cant wait to see the pyrotechnics they have planned with it!

WOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They just played SANDSTORM for the PARTY ANIMALS and the amount of Gamecock Fans in the stadium tonight, let us Clemson fans hear it!!!!!!

They did it and it was DABO who led the Bananas down the HILL and this place went nuts

The Party Animals scored a point in the top of the 1st and now its time for the Bananas to respond!

The Party Animals lead 1-0 after 1 inning of play and that ball was tossed way up into the stands

Foul ball in the stands and if you know banana ball, it is an out if a fan catches it and that is exactly what happened!

The Party animals just hit a home run. The thing you need to keep in mind is you can score as many runs in a inning as you can but it only counts as one point. The final inning is when all the runs count

Wonder if DABO and Graham Neff will take some of the things they are doing tonight and try to blend them on Gameday in the fall on Saturdays

It is now 2-0 the Party Animals, We are in the top of the 3rd

That is a bomb smashed into the stand in center field and so far it has all been the Party Animals show

WOW! A lot to decipher on that one, a throw away on a grounder at 3rd but as the first baseman chased after the ball and threw the runner out trying to score and it got the Bananas out of the inning.

Top of the 5th. It really is the fastest 2 hours in baseball and the continuous things they do constantly it really is hard to keep up with!

The WAVE would be pretty good to see as well as CLEMSON spelled around the stadium. 

I will be heading down about the 7th inning for post game interviews. I hope DABO and CJ are still on the premises and get a word with them after this is over. 

The SUN is now behind  the West End Zone so the beauty of what is taking place should really start to show up on TV
