Good morning and Happy Mothers day to all the moms out there. I am live at DKS for today's game 3 between the Tigers and the Blue Devils. The series stands at 1 game a piece and because of the weather, today is senior day for the Tigers. Festivities get started right around 1230 with game time at 1pm. Leading off the top of the first for Duke, Wallace Clark

Clark with the high fly ball for the first out in the inning and that will bring AJ Gracia to the plate

Miller hits in to the 5,4,3 equals 2 if you know, you know double play and that will end the top of the first for Duke

Leading off the bottom of the 1st for the Tigers, Cam Cannarella

Cannarella pops up to the short stop in shallow right field. That will bring Jack Crighton to them plate

Crighton with the grounder to 2nd base and its a quick 2 outs for the Tigers. That will bring Collin Priest to the plate

Priest with the grounder to first for the final out in the inning. It's a quick 1,2,3 for the Tigers.

Leading off the top of the 2nd for Duke, Jake Hyde

Hyde pops it up in foul territory and Cuifo corrals it in and that Tyler Albright to the plate

Albright goes down on strikes and that will bring Ben Rounds to the plate

Rounds with the single into left field and that will bring Macon Winslow

Winslow goes down on strike and its another quick inning for Duke.

Leading off the bottom of the 2nd for the Tigers, Josh Paino

Paino with the base hit into left field and that will bring Dominic Listi to the plate

Listi with the double to right field and the Tigers have runners on 2nd and 3rd and that brings Jacob Jarrell to the plate

Jarrell with the RBI shot to the shifted 2nd baseman. That is the first out in the inning and that will bring Luke Gaffney to the plate

Gaffney with the RBI single into left field on a pitch that was 75 mph and that will bring Jarren Purify to the plate

Purify goes down on strikes and that brings Andrew Cuifo to the plate

Cuifo draws a walk and that brings Cannarella to the plate

Duke coaching staff out to have a conversation and Gaffney showed you what to do with a pitcher throwing in the 70's, just lay the bat out there and let the ball fall where it is it.

Crighton with the long fly ball to deep center field but Duke center fielder runs it down and the Tigers miss an opportunity to blow this game open.

Leading off the top of the 3rd for Duke, Noah Murray

Murray is hit by a pitch and that will bring Jake Berger to the plate

Berger with the mile high popup and Purify hauls it in and that brings Clark to the  plate

A passed ball moves Berger into scoring position and Bailey is struggling to find the zone

Clark with the fly ball to left center and Cannarella brings it in and that brings Gracia to the plate

Gracia with the grounder to first and that will end the inning for Duke.

Leading off the bottom of the 3rd for the Tigers, Priest

Priest goes down on strikes and that will bring Paino to the plate

Paino with the first pitch swinging grounder to the short stop for the 2nd out and that will bring Listi to the plate

Listi goes down on a check swing and that will quickly end the bottom of the 3rd for the Tigers.

Bakich is jawing at the umpire over that call and I imagine it is over the check swing call and it was a ball call by the 3rd base umpire.

Leading off the top of the 4th for Duke, Miller

Miller with the 1/2 mile popup to shallow right field and Cuifo hauls it in and that will bring Hyde to the plate

Hyde with the no doubter to right center field, Cannarella took two steps and said never mind. That will bring Albright to the plate

Albright with the grounder up the middle and Purofy made a great stop but the throw didn't get there in time. Great hustle by Purify though. That will bring Rounds to the plate

Another passed ball and the runners moves in to scoring position for Duke

Rounds with the base hit and it falls right in front of Listi. That will bring Winslow to the plate as Belanger is out to talk to Bailey

Winslow with the suicide squeeze bunt, RBI and that will bring Murray to the plate

Murray with the fly ball to Cannarella and that will end the inning.

Leading off the bottom of the 4th for the Tigers, Jarrell

Jarrell goes down on strikes and that will bring Gaffney to the plate

Gaffney with the fly ball to right field for the 2nd out in the inning and that brings Purify to the plate

Purify flies out to right field and that will end the bottom of the 4th for the Tigers.

Leading off the top of the 5th for Duke, Berger

Berger draws a walk but really should have been out on a check swing but the 3rd base umpire said he didn't go. At the plate for Duke, Clark

Clark with the double off the left center field wall and with runners on second and third that will bring Belanger to the mound for a conversation. At the plate for Duke, Gracia

Gracia with the line drive caught by Listi, it does put another run on the board for the Blue Devils. At the plate Miller

Miller is hit by a pitch and that will bring Hyde to the plate

Hyde with the no doubt 3-run bomb and once again Cannarella took about 4 steps and said never mind. That brings Albright to the plate

Albright deposits the ball into the right field bleachers and this will bring the Tiger infield in for a conversation with Bailey. You have to wonder if and when Bakich pulls the trigger on Bailey. Currently at 81 pitches, 3 Homerun. At the plate for Duke, Rounds

Rounds with the stand up double and that will do it for Bailey as Bakcih makes his way out to the mound. The Tigers will now turn to Nathan Dvorsky.

At the plate for Duke, Winslow

Winslow is hit by a pitch and that is the 3rd Duke hitter today as Bakich came out and asked Jarrell about it and have asked for a review on whether the batter swung in to the pitch. I have seen this before, where a hitter was hit by a pitch but because of the motion for the bat, the pitch got called for a strike and the batter had to return to the box. 

After review, the batter is out on the strikeout as he swung in to the pitch and of course that will bring the Duke coach out to get an explanation.

At the plate for Duke, Murray

Murray goes down on the strike out/ throw down but Duke plates 5.

Leading off the bottom of the 5th for the Tigers, Cuifo

Cuifo with the pop up to left field and that will bring Cannarella to the plate

Cannarella gets caught stealing with Crighton at the plate

Crighton with the grounder to 3rd and with Cannarella getting caught stealing, its a 1,2,3, inning for the Tigers.

Leading off the top of the 6th for Duke, Berger

Berger goes down on a great back door breaking pitch and he knew it. That will bring Clark to the plate.

Clark goes down on strikes and that will bring Gracia to the plate

Gracia with three fly ball to shallow center field and that will end the inning for Duke

Leading off the bottom of the 6th for the Tigers, Priest

Priest goes down on a great back door breaking pitch that froze him. At the plate, Paino
