What a gut-wrenching loss! The Tigers led for 31 of the 40 minutes and by as many as16 points but let it get away with a huge 16-0 run by the Bonnies in the second half. If they could have held on and won the final on Sunday, they likely would have jumped into the rankings next week. Instead, the Tigers drop to 4-1, but even this loss is very encouraging! Hall led the team with 22 points, the second time he's scored over 20 in the first 5 games. The Tigers shot 39% from beyond the arc and had just 6 turnovers, so there was plenty of good to take away from this game against a legit top-25 team. This one will be a tough one to swallow, but the Tigers will need to get over it quickly because they have a great opportunity on Sunday against a big-time program in West Virginia.
