CLEMSON, SC - It was a slow offensive start for the Tigers in the first 10 or 12 minutes, but they caught fire the rest of the way. Point guard Nick Honor scored 17 and tied his career high of 7 assists, which he set last week. Transfer six-man Naz Bohannon scored 10 points, reaching double digits for the first time as a Tiger. He is the only Division I player with 1,000 career rebounds! He also one of just 8 players since 1992 with 1,200 points, 1,000 rebounds and 300 assists. Draymond Green is one of them as well. 6 Tigers had 9 or more points. They had just 4 turnovers in the 1st half and were 11-12 at the free throw line. The Tigers needed a home rout like that after half the team fell sick and lost a pair of heartbreakers in which they led most of the games. It's the second time the Tigers have broken 90 points this season. The only real blemish was giving up 11 offensive rebounds, making 3 out of the last 4 games they have allowed double-digit offensive boards to their opponent. The 5-2 Tigers play their first true road game at Rutgers Tuesday night in an NCAA rematch for the ACC/Big Ten Challenge!
