CLEMSON, SC - Just like last Friday, the Tigers overcame an 8th inning deficit to rally for the win. They trailed College of Charleston 3-1 in the 8th, and, again, it was the combo of freshman Cam Cannarella and Cooper Ingle that started the rally for the Tigers. Cannarella walked, and Ingle doubled to make it 3-2, and Taylor singled for 2 more runs to give the Tigers their first lead at 4-3. Lindley started the 9th on the mound and gave up a couple singles, but he was able to put the game away with the tying run on 3rd and go-ahead run on 2nd.
Don't look now, but the Tigers have won 6 straight headed to ACC play this weekend against Duke! Post-game comments from Bakich are below!
