The Tigers just wrapped up their first scrimmage of August camp in Death Valley, and it was a scorcher! Dabo told me that with Helms’s sprained foot, Alabama transfer Paul Tyson, Bear Bryant’s grandson, is currently QB2 ahead of Vizzina. Helms is in a boot, but he should be ready to go for the opener at Duke. They are hoping to redshirt CV.
Dabo also told me that XT was dominant today. He is going to be a force if he can finally stay healthy this season!
