CLEMSON, SC - Chase only scored 10 after his 30-point game on Sunday, but Wiggins stepped up with 16, and Dillon had a career-high 15. Ian scored 14 and was one rebound short of a double-double. The Tigers were all business after suffering their first loss at Boise State on Sunday. The defense was much-improved and 3-point shooting was much better. Radford came in ranked No.35 in 3-point shooting, but they were just 4-20 in the game and 1-8 in the first half. The Tigers shot just 25 percent from the arc on Sunday but were 11-23 tonight. The Tigers clearly took the loss to heart. Chase made a great hustle play with 5 minutes left in the game. Up 25 points, he intercepted a pass and took it for a fast break layup.
The Tigers improved to 4-1 on the season and will play in a tournament in Daytona Beach next. They will host Kentucky soon after that and begin ACC play in about two weeks.
