CLEMSON, SC - After a thrilling overtime win at Pitt, it was a businesslike win for the Tigers on Wednesday night over Syracuse, leading by as many as 24 in the second half. It was back-and-forth for much of the first half until the Tigers went on a run and took a 48-29 lead into the locker room. It was one of their best offensive halves of the season.
Dillon Hunter was out with the flu, but big brother Chase had another stellar game, going 4-7 from the arc with 23 points. Viktor also had a great game, staying out of foul trouble and scoring 16 with a pair of 3-pointers. Zackery added 14 points, and the Tigers went 9-20 from the perimeter. They also took care of the basketball, committing just 2 turnovers well into the second half and 7 for the game.
The Tigers improved to 16-4 overall and 8-1 in ACC play. Post-game interviews and highlights are below!
