CLEMSON, SC - The Tigers held their first of spring camp on Wednesday, and Dabo told us before practice that DE Justin Foster is retiring from football. He missed all of 2020 after getting COVID in the summer on top of his asthma and decided that he wants to pursue a career outside of football. Also, OL Blake Vinson, who struggled with multiple injuries over his career, will be retiring from playing but will stay on with the Tigers as a student coach.
Justyn Ross, as expected, will continue to be no contact in the spring but will do everything else at practice. There are a few guys who will miss the spring due to various injuries, including Baylon Spector, KJ Henry, Lannden Zanders, Etinosa Reuben and Luke Price, who is still rehabbing his torn ACL from August.
Dabo spoke at great length about staff changes, of which there were several, and he spoke about the Ohio State loss. We also talked to James Skalski and Nolan Turner, who are returning for their 6th year. The full interviews are below!
